Do you live in Northwest Montana and notice things that don’t belong?
We’re not just talking glowing eyes in the woods or bipedal shadows near Yaak. We’re talking the strange air traffic, the phantom equipment drops, the subtle shifts in behavior that suggest something foreign is probing the edge of our territory—Chinese craft, Russian assets, or off-the-books incursions dressed in cryptid camouflage.
Libby.News is recruiting a volunteer correspondent to help collect and categorize these events. Whether it’s a UFO, a cryptid, or a possible foreign infiltration disguised as either, your job is to listen, record, and report.Primary Focus
- Citizen reports of:
- Chinese drone or aircraft sightings (unmarked or anomalous)
- Russian mafia-style activity involving stolen or smuggled property
- Cryptid sightings (Bigfoot, Dogman, Owlman, The Skunk Ape of Kootenai)
- Unidentified aerial phenomena or strange lights
- Patterns of electromagnetic weirdness or psychological “pressure zones” in known hot spots
Responsibilities
- Monitor submissions via our Cryptid & Incursion Report Contact Form
- Organize and annotate reports for editorial review
- Optional: field interviews with locals who’ve witnessed anomalous or suspicious activity
- Maintain operational discretion when topics verge on “sensitive”
Qualifications
- Sharp intuition, spidey-sense preferred but not required
- Interest in high strangeness, counterintelligence, and backwoods folklore
- Not afraid of ridicule, ridicule is often a signal you’re on the right trail
- Comfortable with ambiguous, non-validated information sources
- Bonus: Familiar with Chinese surveillance tech, military aircraft silhouettes, or just REALLY know your clouds
